"I was first introduced to ATS on March 17/14 after updating my HP laptop to Windows 8.1 and needed to activate driver update software as well as having issues with my wireless Epson printer. I was a little leery at first dealing with this company online that I had never heard of, but they solved my issues as well as giving my pc a good cleanup! The technicians were great and it's nice to have their 24/7 unlimited service. The security software pkgs I purchased through them which the installed, were a little pricey but seem to be working just great. Hopefully they will soon have a Canadian-based location. Glad they are here to help!"

"Advanced Tech did a great job clearing my virus. They talked me into purchasing a malware program named PC MRI. For two days I could not get online. Advanced tech agents did multiple checks and tune ups but I could still not get online. I would receive a message that my computer had been repaired and when I would try to sign on the internet and nothing. This went on for two days with ticket numbers 7603680, 7614351, 7607868, 760-0122 to name a few. I was to the point of complete fustration and was ready to ask for a refund. On my last call I asked the agent to delete PC MRI and see if it was interfering with another program, they did and I could finally sign on the internet. I actually solved my own problem and it cost me $199.. These agents worked on my computer for two days and numerous hours and could not detect the problem PC MRI was causing, I had to suggest removing it. I think I should get some sort of discount because of all the problems and fustration in encountered. "

"I can not be HAPPIER with a service. The Technicans work several days to correct a problem with installation of Panda and PCI. My computer was corupt and that had to be resolved before they could get the two programs installed correctly. I felt sorry for having to ask the Techs to return to the FIX, but THEY DID IT well to my satisfaction."
