"I had a virus which duplicated every function I tried to do until the computer was unusable. I called in and waited 45 minutes on hold and my phone went dead before anyone answered this was at 11PM so I quite and tried again in the morning and got thru to a person in 5 minutes at 6 AM.. The person who answered the phone was somewhat helpful logged in and said I would need advanced tech support. I was placed in waiting mode, In hour and half they started to work on it and after 3 hours got a screen to call in. Problem was fixed but my anti- virus program which they had sold me in the past was gone. After 2 more calls in waiting and getting passed around it was finally reinstalled. Problem is you never talk to the same person twice and each one has to start over and pass you on to different level of ability other than that in the end I have been satisfied."

"It took several tries to get things back in order and the things I was told would be done were not done. In addition, the cloud backup they installed has never completed. This time I let it run for nearly 36 hours and it has only backed up a minute portion of my system. I do not understand this. I am not going to call again and will probably uninstall the cloud backup. I cannot be off my computer for two or three days at once. This is ridiculous. I have three activation codes, no invoice or order # in all the emails I have received. How can I enter them?????"
