"ATS needs improvement in the area of the people who answer the phone. Lately, they are people who do NOT speak nor understand the American English Language very well! It is the luck of the draw to get a level 3 tech who ACTUALLY knows how to fix the problem. This last techy was good and it appears he fixed it where the two others this WEEK did NOT, although they thought they had. ATS is still much better than Norton."

representatives...Each and EVERY one of these people were
polite , courteous and extremely knowledgeable.... I have
never had to call back to re fix a problem .Its like having
your own personal computer guru on call 24/7...I have the name
of each Tech rep and the date we talked if you would like to
