Their suggestion for immediate service via on line chat has always met with the message that there is no agent currently available - try later. I have tried at least 8 times at various times of day."

However, they did sell me a product actually not available to me as I live in Canada and it was for US social security holders only. Minor inconvienience, and was given a refund after I tried to activate it, could not, and had to call them back. However, kind of felt like they were only interested in my money and didn't pay enough attention to who I was. Other than that, service friendly. "
