"I was very impressed with the friendliness, patience, and knowledge of the technicians and sales people. They were helpful and seemed to be very know their business. I took a lot of their time and they were, at no time, rude or impatient. I feel that they were honest with us. We would have liked to purchase more services but could not at this time.

"i have only been a member for 2 months, and they have "Rescued Me" at least 6 times so far, they have been a lifesaver. All their employees are so polite, helpful and kind which is quite unusual in this modern world we now live in!!! "Outstanding service. I first worked with Darren, who was thorough and very patient while I was getting my system prepared for the tech team. No one worked on my system, initially, and I had to call back to question the delay; 8 hours, but Lawrence stepped in and worked on my system for a couple of hours and everything is resolved and I am up and running.

At this time, well worth the money. Very professional and easy to work with.

"- Kenneth White Technician is a good tech in service. Worked and explained more details to customer on the phone as the same times when his works performed.
- Julio Technician worked in a different ways to service customer: off phone line with customer while he working and took longer time to uninstall and install software(20-30 minutes).

"A week ago, it was discovered a hacker had taken up residence on our home PC and laptop. Over the next several days, we were directed to several resources that might help us. We chose to go with ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT, which helped us to clean our computers, to overhaul our computers' security system, to update our computers' processing, and most importantly, to give us a good night's rest again! During this time, we had several occasions to interact with the customer support and technical support staff. They were courteous and patient with us. All of our questions were answered. They made recommendations that contained options, allowing us to make decisions that were our own, of course, based on the information provided to us and on our own follow-up research. Since installation of the final piece of our security software, we received an unexpected alert message after running a scan. Calling the 1-800 customer support number, we explained the situation. The first person we talked to was able to answer our questions and to help us; the solution was a simple settings change. We are delighted with the service and the products we receive from ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT. We will begin with a phone call to ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT for any computer questions or help we need going forward. "

"After they found out how bad condition my computer was in the tech knew exactly what had to be done and when they were done it ran like it did when it was new.When he started to fix it he told me I didn't have to do anything ,I could just leave it in his hands and when he was done there would be a work complete on the screen.It was nice to know that I couldn;t mess up my computer so bad that they couldn't fix it.They really bailed me out of a mess."
