"An Advanced Tech Support technician cleaned my computer last week after it ceased to function properly. The cleaning process seemed to restore my computer to good operating condition until I tried to print on one of my printers. I had to contact them again to resolve my printing issue which they did satisfactorily.
Overall, they appeared to do an excellent job on my computer. The only issue that I have was their effort to convince me to purchase lifetime licenses for Panda and PC MRI software. Although I did agree to purchase these software items, both of which seem to be highly rated, I found that I could have purchased them independently on line for about $75/year each. I was not offered this opportunity by ATS. "

"The customer service rep's and computer tech's are patient and understanding. I am not truly tech savy so sometimes I can clearly explain what is wrong. Other times I sound like a preschooler who doesn't have the language to express what is wrong. I delt mostly with customer service agent Dave Noel, customer service agent Tom Massey and computer tech Clayton. They all listened and repeated back to me what was wrong and if they didn't quite have it right they listened again and figured it out and fixed the problem. They did not ask me to write this, it is just my feeling about them."

"I came across RegCure Pro and thought it would help with the problems with my computer. Called the number and talked to a rep. Went thru my problems, cam eup with a plan and now have lots of protection and nailed the malware. Looks good so far. Also have quick support for problems. Didn't have to take the computer anywhere.
Only concern I had was it was difficult to hear sometimes because the mics pick put lots of background noise from other reps. Would like quieter setting for talking. (Just a suggestion)"
