"While the support folks were courteous, and ultimately fixed my computer problems, the wait time was ridiculously long. I cannot afford to sit in front of my computer, or wait on the telephone, for 20 minutes to get someone’s attention. Once I turned my computer over to support, they had it for approximately 12 hours. When I came back to it after that time, they needed another four to six hours to finish working with it. From what I was able to observe, software does at least some of the work. Also, while I do have a slow Internet connection, it is considerably faster during the late night/early morning hours during which they had plenty of time to get the job done. Therefore, it seems to me that the whole process took far longer than was necessary. Finally, although the support person I spoke to was courteous and helpful, I am weary of being sold something every time I use ATS or it's affiliates. Good job. Too much wait time. Too long to fix problems."
