"Excellent. I was very apprehensive about making the contact and about the amount of money that I committed to spend. But the first level of support (from Cord) was helpful, understanding and not condescending, creative and confidence building. I am grateful to him.

"All in all, I would recommend Advanced Tech Support. Although they did not fix my husband's computer, they fixed my laptop. They also worked with me to set up a payment plan so that I could get my laptop fixed."

"I have had 3 interactions with them in the last two days.

They are courteous and try to be helpful, although, yesterday they did not resolve the questions I posed to them regarding the need to have two software packages they sold me that accomplished similar tasks and why the Panda software was a 2013 version rather than 2014 that is currently available on the market.

I finally had to have both software removed today since there was compatibility issues that they did not resolve. I lost confidence in the software that they pushed and it was outrageously expensive; the PC-MRI was $300 and the Panda software was $100 for a 2013 version. I was credited the $400 and I was told that I would see the credit on my card account within 3-5 business days.

The technician that removed the two software today kindly set me up with the Microsoft Security Essentials until I get replacement anti-virus and malicious software protection and removed some software in my start-up folder that I requested removed yesterday, but was not removed.

Provided that I get my credit as promised, I would rate ATS as adequate only because they are good at customer relations and made attempts to resolve my issues. The down-side is that it appears that I was sold software that may have been redundant, expensive and not up-to-date versions.

Please reach out to us VIA our billing department so they can pull up your account and see exactly what the status is of your refund. It is not uncommon for us to release the refund but it goes past the 3 to 5 days. This is probably the case. I do not have a way to check this for you on my end, however our billing department can very quickly.
