"The GOOD: They fixed the problem (that I didn't know that I had until I could not add a new program) The tech support is good -the sales techniques are not.
The BAD: Hard Sell techniques. I wanted to download my program, and did not know how to fix the "registry issues." No matter what I tried I could not get past this program which was for sale.
The UGLY: I feel that I was held captive. I could take my computer to my regular tech support (the Geeks)which would also cost and take time. I resent this sales technique and it makes me feel negatively toward this company - right from the get go. Not a good way to build future sales. I understand that one can always say NO, which I did to the same pitch for another computer the day prior. I reserve my judgement about this company/product for a year. As a part of the package, I can have "free" tech support...I will make a point of calling them at least monthly."
