"Tech support talked me into buying Panda and mal ware, was supposed to install, three hours later, nothing happened and I was without my computer for another 2.5 hours while someone else installed software. This is hardly the way to start out a business relationship. I spent a lot of money and did not expect to be without a computer for the entire morning from 7:30 am to 12:30pm.... Don't know the order number its not on my document...."

Our only issue was when we called after our first computer set up was complete, the Customer Service rep told us we needed to keep our old virus protection as well, or use "Panda." Then we spoke with a Customer Advocate, who confirmed our new PC MRI and Windows firewall were all we needed."

"ATS actually saved my computer and my life as far as I'm concerned. I'm not a trained tech person, I just jump in and do my best to work this PC, have loads of pictures, downloads and my life is on this PC. There were pop ups to suggest I update my drivers and didn't do it, afraid that it was a scam. I have dealt with ATS before and they are the Best Support people I would ever deal with. They are so easy to talk with, very friendly and knowledgeable, put a customer at complete ease and fixed everything. They explained each step so that I knew exactly what needed to be done and then watched as they set every area in proper condition. "It eventually took some 4 days to finally resolve the problem that I was having, as it proved to be more complex than I appreciated at the time.
However, the techys never gave in and by a process of elimination finally got me back on track.
So although it was frustrating we got there in the end."

"ATS accomplished what they told me was going to happen. My computer operates a little faster but does not have the hangups and failures requiring rebooting. My computer now "talks" to my printer and I am satisfied with his operation. However, now that I have talked with other computer repair folks, I think I was charged too much. I don't think I was given complete information on what was going to happen. For example I was told that I needed to spend $60 for 1 year protection but was not told that my existing protection (which I had recently paid 1 yr fee) would be deleted and that I would lose that fee. I did not have an opportunity to compare ATS protection with my McAfee program and I still do not know what ATS (PC MRI antimalware) will charge me when the one year subscription is over in Jan 2015,for another year subscription. Overall I feel like I was hustled on the price even though I got a high quality job. "
