"I joined ATS after changing my internet service and using the Cloud anti-virus offered by the new service. I did go ahead and purchase the Pro vwesion of Cloud. My computer had developed some problems prior to my changing services and I contacted Cloud who put me in contact with ATS. I obtained a membersip and they worked on my PC and Laptop. My PC as been a problem for them and has gone thru several tune-ups to get it to working. It apparetly had been attacked by several adware issues. The company doesn't give up and neither to I.
