"Initially I was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered the support on Saturday 12/21/2013 at 11:00AM, I came home almost 24 hours later to find an error message on my screen, and the screen locked. When I finally rebooted the machine, several of the programs that were suppose to be removed, were not. I never received a call or an e-mail explaining what had happened. I finally called at 11:00Am Sunday morning. At 6:00PM, machine done."
