"Advance Tech Support took my computer and essentially brought it back to life. It had so many problems that I was basically unable to use it, and it was practically a new computer. Now it works like it should have in the beginning. It no longer takes takes a long time (and I mean a very long time often) to boot up and to shut down. It was extremely frustrating to have to sit and wait during those periods. I now have the computer I thought I was buying initially. I have now started them on my old computer, and it has some life after sitting and collecting dust for a couple of years. Yes, I would definitely recommend Advanced Tech Support."

"I found them from an on line advert, I was wary of using them because of the things I had been told about some companies but i rang them anyway. the lady I spoke to was very helpful and also very nice to talk to, she was an english lady living in the states and gave me a great degree of confidence in the company so I agreed to let her take over my computor and service it. About 3 hours later I was asked to phone in for a chat about what had been done and the man was again very helpful and I took on full cover.
