"Both the gentlemen I dealt with were very good (excellent) and easily gained my trust. I was a bit disappointed with yesterday’s cleaning success and the rep did say if there was any problem just to call back. I talked to Eric today and he managed to get thing cleared up for me. I am going to restart the comp after I write this but have completed the basics as per your suggestion and seem to be more than OK. If it ran last night like it did just now you would have received 100% success but I want to work it a bit to be that grateful however I am close. I should also ad I do realize you had pure crap to deal with..."

"Technician began working immediately and spent about 3 hours going through various programs and setups to determine the issue regarding slow boot up and blue screen. The computer is working somewhat faster so far. We will use over the next 24 hrs to see if there is lasting improvement."

"I was in the middle of giving up my laptop and so frustrated that nothing works. I surfed the internet thinking I might need a driver update. I talked to someone after downloading and installing the software. He was very helpful and honest that I trusted him right away and with no second thoughts I paid the Advanced Tech support. Now I am very happy and confident that at last I have someone to depend on when my laptop gives me trouble again. This is the best investment I ever had!!! Thank you to all the guys who helped me!!!

"I started on Monday with a speedtest screen and had lots of malware quarantined.. needed good cleaning manually to remove those .. had a few issues ..one I caused as missed correctly allowing panda.. anyho LOVED being able to call with problems nite or day..!~! all were very helpful or if need got backup help.. to solve my challenges.. would have loved to see a repeat speedtest to see where was.. but too busy now. and MERRY CHRISTMAS>> thanks for ALL YOUR TEAMS HARD WORK!!!!!!! NOTE will not allow me to include all the dates,, Monday Tuesday wed and Thursday !! THANKS TO ALLlllllllllllll"

"My husband who would take care of all computer issues passed away about 3 years ago. Since then I was left to my own devises and boy did a mess things up. Advanced Tech was wonderful.They took control of my computer and cleaned it up nicely. I have contacted them several times now with different issues. They were always very professional and very nice to me. They did not talk down to me which I appreciated."

"I had trouble updating my Windows 7 drivers. I got in touch with ATS who got on m y system & found I had multiple problems, including a 'browser hijacker'. ATS was very helpful, clearly explained what was happening & what needed to be done. I am very pleased with how my PC is now running."

"I had multiple problems that took quite a long time to straighten out ATS stayed on the phone with me while we worked through issue after issue on an impossible task! Their explanations of required actions was clear for the novice and most of my issues were corrected. Those that were not were simply irreversible problems with a very old computer. The folks I spoke with were incredibly patient and kind. I'm glad I "discovered" ATS."
