"ATS is very professional and fast. I have used ATS on two of my laptop computers and give them an A+. I can find cheaper initial computer service, but you get what you pay for and in the end ATS will cost less. I have purchased the lifetime program and can rest well knowing my computer is in good hands, ATS is there when I need them, and with all the hackers and viruses going around today I will need them on an ongoing basis. "
"There was, finally, a solution after 3 hours, but long gaps at the beginning and pauses during the session which i had to keep a close eye on in case the technician needed interaction from me. At the end there was no feedback about what the problem was, so I'm no wiser. the session finished with a standardised page and no opportunity to interract with the technician or thank him/her for the work which i appreciated."

"My tech support every time has been phenomenal. Today's especially. I've been having an issue with my laptop for approximately 4 months. I thought it was my laptop's way of working and I just had to get used to it. Today's IT expert searched thoroughly and found the problem. I am EXTREMELY pleased and grateful for his awesome work and professional, kind attitude and patience. He didn't sound tired or annoyed in a hurry to hang up with me. "I wasn't too happy at first with the initial results. The tech worked on my computer for about 4 hours, checked to make sure email and browser worked, then started the scan for malware. It lasted five hours and my computer was rendered unusable afterwards. I called. We had to reboot in safe mode, and they started working on it again. It is now fixed and is working quite well after about 4 more hours. So, I am happy. I feel like I do have advanced tech support now."
