BUT...It's irritating to constantly repeat the same scenario to half a dozen if not more of your Tech Support personnel. In my opinion, there should be only One tech working on computers with major issues such as mine.
It's also aggravating trying to understand what exactly the Technician is saying or explaining when their English is very weak and all that background noise makes it even harder to understand and/or communicate.
P.S. Rate the Advanced Tech Support?? Which one??"
