"The Tech I we worked with was very patient. However, she evidently did not write in her report that we had a problem so never received a call-back from someone "higher up". However, our credit card was billed. When we had not received a call within 1.5 hrs., we called back and got a very nice man who helped us with the problem. He also said our e-mail address was in the system incorrectly (even though we had spelled the address out (using words) to Tech I earlier. Once we got the "glitch" corrected, our computer was fixed within 3 hours.

My name is David Stouffer and this morning I received an email about a deal for Panda. I called and talked with one of your representatives about this incredible deal. I asked him if this would be able to transfer to any computer in the future and he responded with yes. He was very friendly and he answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. I talked with him about college and he was telling me he was going back in the spring. I know talking about school is has nothing to do with the product I bought, but it means a lot when I can talk to someone about common interests. By able to talk about school, and other things in life, I was able to just be able to connect to Advance Tech Support (ATS) more because it isn’t just helping the customer; it is getting to know the individual as well. Having that kind of respect and caring towards people makes ATS a better company all around. I have a lot of respect for ATS and all of the representatives I have come across. Being able to talk to real people and being able to share stories while situations, and/or purchases are being done, allows trust to be built up. I tested out Panda and I am very impressed.
The biggest example I have to give to you, is when my computer was dealing with a sever attack. Something went wrong when my computer restarted, and it took over a week to get the computer fixed. It was so bad Windows had to be re-installed to the computer. We still to this day don’t know exactly what happened but ATS agents worked day and night to fix the computer. Hour upon hours for day, my computer was being worked on. I lost track of how many people worked on my computer. The fact of the matter is that, no one would give up. Even if I had the smallest problem, it was going to be fixed. ATS agents were going to do whatever it took to get my computer up and running again. I have small issues, and they wanted to fix it. This is dedication and passion for the job that they clearly love. During the hours being on the phone, everyone was really nice and respectful; giving me play by play of everything that was going on. ATS understood that I was a college student, and my computer is needed. That understanding made the agents work harder to get my computer done. Thanks to their help, my computer was working again in a few day, and I didn’t miss any assignments, nor did I lose any of my data. I wouldn’t know what I would have done is ATS wasn’t there to help me. I owe you guys a great deal of gratitude, and I thank ATS for everything that you have done for me.
