"The gentleman that I had spoken with on the phone regarding my computer needs stated that an Advanced Tech Support tech would start to clean out the problems in my computer after I had ordered the service and it might take several hours and it was finished in less than 3. That was very nice and I am very happy about that. "

"I had an issue that had to do with a program that I had bought on line from ARO and it was creating havoc with my desk top PC. and when I went to the help section at Advanced Tech Support I was connected to Mike and he worked with me and helped diagnose the problem, then removed it, cleaned up my PC and helped me fill out the request for a refund of my money spent on the naughty program... He uninstalled the Panda and installed Microsoft Security Essentials successfully. He also immediately connected me to your billing department to take care of the credit for the Panda.
