"My experience was very good. I originally, did not plan to have anything to do with Advanced Tech Support. All I wanted to do was fix some problems with my "DriverUpdate" program. It turns out I couldn't do it unless I called the toll-free number. I had no intention of spending money to fix problems with my desktop, but, Sammy was persuasive and did a heck of a job in explaining the specific problems with my system. Right now, I'm content that the monies spent was worth it."

"I contacted ATS in July and have been delighted with their service. For some reason I was billed $220 for the year BUT I was also being charged $19.99 every month. I queried this in Sept/Oct and it seems you can either pay monthly or annually. I think an error occurred and I was double-charged.
I am 71 and not very computer-literate, so my computer tends to get cluttered with unnecessary programmes and junk.
ATS have speeded up my computer. They have solved any problem I have had and are available 24 hours a day.
