"First contact went well, service started fairly quickly, but when connection timed out, second contact for service went well, but actual service on the computer lasted from about 1:00 am till 8:30 am partly because I was transferred between three people. I thought this took way too long after being promised it takes about 6 hours. Third contact went quicker, finishing off managing files and running a second malware program (Hitman Pro 3) detected another trojan. Tech guy took care of that, and finished after managing files and downloading new software, a little over an hour's time which isn't bad. New PC-MRI software that I got through Advanced Tech Support, blocked a trojan shortly after I started using the computer again. The trojan was located in documents/settings/ trying as another malware set-up program. It was deleted. "
