After I purchase two internet protection products (PC MRI and Panda Internet Secur 2013)they offer to me I find out there are other internet secur products serve same purpose with much less money and I can not get full refund if I cancle the service reach no one mention when I purchese the products."

"Over all I'm currently satisfied with the services I have received from ATS. I did have to call back a few times to get all my issues resolved with my desk top computer. I understand that it may require additional work to complete the many items I had and asked ATS to resolve.
The only ting I just found out, was that some of my files are no longer on my computer. Some of the files that are no longer on my computer were either pdf or word document files. I had an issue with just about all my files in my document folder had a lock symbol on them. This issue was resolved, but I think what ever they did to resolve it maybe the reason I lost a few pdf and word documents. At this point, I don't know how many I may have lost.
The technicians I spoke and dealt with with nice and willing to help with my issues. The level 3 technicians took the time to understand all my issues and worked on them until resolved.
I would recommend ATS to anyone who is in need of getting their computer tuned up and or computer issues resolved."
