"This was the first time I have used ATS. I called them after being insulted and becoming frustrated by PC PRO Cleaner.
I was fortunate enough to have my help agent be George. He was extremely patient. Explained each step to me, and answered all my "stupid" questions. George went way above and beyond. He probably did more that he is supposed to LOL.
I made sure to speak with George's supervisor Derrick and rave about George because I think it's refreshing to hear when you've done a GREAT JOB. We tend to be "unhappy" when working with a help desk.

"After almost 3 days, Carlos F. finally fixed my computer. Before that, there was 8 or more phone calls I had to make, was disconnected,spoke with so many different people, had to repeat the same issues with each one of them. It was hard not to get mad because they were so nice and polite. I didn't like having to be near my computer for 3 nights in a row. I thought they could fix it without my help but I'm glad it's fixed!It seems like when I mentioned "REFUND" they finally gave me someone who could fix it. Right now, that's all that matters. "ATS has surpassed my expectations. My computer hasnt ran this well since it was new. Everyone at ATS was very polite, customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable. I was hesitant to spend money on my computer so close to Christmas, but I'm so happy with the results I'm glad I did."

"Polite and helpful but had to ringback four or five times to get the job completed,also lost all my tool bars etc.Apart from that very good.
Not too sure whether to take up renewal option when due,quite expensive but somewhat understandable due to the time it took to fix my computer problems.Cost £227.86 uk pounds that included a special rate pcmri package.
However it ran into two days to fix and at times I was left a good few hours with no work being done at all it appeared,hence the numerous phonecalls."
