"Very helpful from all tech support I spoke with today. I needed to call back because a couple of issues were still not corrected after 1st clean up (I had been told this may happen after a few days) However; as soon as I tried to get in my email one of the previous problems reared its ugly head immediately! Instead of waiting until next day which I would normally have done I called then even though late in day. I was connected right away to another very helpful tech who took me through a few steps and then set me free and completed the task of correcting the job needed. A short time later I was able to return to computer and it is running back up to speed and so far all seems to be running as it should be. I definitely will recommend Advanced Tech Support to anyone who needs this kind of help! Thanks to all who helped me today!!"
"ATSs tech spent several hours working on my 2 problems (flickering windows and lost internet connection.) The internet connection is working and the flickering appears to be resolved. The tech called me several times during the process and explained what he needed in easy to understand terms. So much better than having to take my laptop into get it repaired somewhere and wait 3-5 days!"

"My experience was great, very knowledgeable technicians and very patient and guiding in the phases I had to be involved in, I knew there was several times they could have been rude or short with my lack of understanding of what was requested of me, but I never detected a tenor change or frustrated response.
I would have appreciated having more prompts on the screen to tell me what was going on as it happened. I was like really confused that it took almost 7 hours to get me back up to speed, but it was worth it. Sorry to the technicians I kept harassing with, "Is it done yet?""

"Last night I spoke to Daniel at Pareto, and discovered that what I was ordering was not what I needed. He referred me to Advanced Tech Support, and switched me to a technician who worked on my computer while I was out.
This morning someone went through what had been done, but there was a lot of background noise. He said an email would be sent itemizing these things, but as of Nov 18 I have not received anything.
A third technician removed several things whose identity I did not know, but which he said were not necessary or could be a problem.
All of these men were patient, knowledgeable, and ready to answer questions. It was a very long process, but if my computer was fixed, it was worth it.
The background noise, which at times was very loud and distracting was a problem. It would help if you could minimize that. Otherwise I was pleased with the quality of service by your technicians.
It is now Nov 18. I had to call Advanced Tech Support again the next day because my computer kept freezing. One of the programs a technician had put on to prevent malware was actually causing the problem because I already had one. Were the earlier technicians too eager to sell me things?
