"Problem with order received today. Order #1227180.
First of all, it took too long due to shipper problem, most likely related to the leaking streak remover.
Black streak remover bottle opened and leaked over the whole package. I now have a plastic bag filled with streak remover, (amount that did not leak and escape all over).
Also one of the set screw holes on the brackets is stripped. The set screw will not work. So, bracket is defective. Aaarggghhh!
So, this order has been a cause for frustration. I need the bracket replaced, and the black streak remover. "
