"Order, Delivery and Installation were found to be very easy and fast. The only little issue is that there is a very limited set of instructions for installation and instructions. There is a website but even this is bare bones and not really instructive. Just dont be in a hurry and dont try and force anything. With all that said, those are issues from the manufacturer and not the selling companye."

"While placing the order tried to chat to be sure the part I needed. It stated it was discontinued but replaced with new product. Tried to chat with what appears to not even be human. Words that I was receiving had nothing to do with questions I was even asking. I tried to call a few times and could not reach anyone from a phone. This is terrible communications for your customers. Received product and if I had been able to talk to someone I would had no need to return the product. Now I get a message you agreed per return policy non refundable. You cant even talk to someone on the phone to explain anything. Only by ticket. What a way to run a company. Can you just have a human to make direct contact with??? "

"I went online and found the items I needed on their website. I opted into a chat to make sure that the parts were in stock as one other online retailer did not have them. I was assured that they were in stock and would ship shortly. A few days later i got a notice to track my order and it said that they would be arriving a week after that.
Then a few days later I got an email telling me that the parts were discontinued and asking if I wanted them to send the rest of the order.
I was really irritated and wanted to talk to someone on the phone. I tried calling, I tried searching the internet and I tried the chat feature. Everywhere i went there was a roadblock. I finally emailed and asked to have someone call me to talk about the order as I had confirmed availability when I ordered the parts, and getting only some of the parts would not help my situation. Further, if the parts were discontinued then possibly my whole towing set up was not going to work out and why would I want parts for a tow system that was not going to work. I received a response that they don't offer CS over the phone.
It was especially frustrating for me as I had booked a campground and pre-paid once I verified that the parts were being shipped.
I cancelled the order and contacted the manufacturer to see if the part was indeed discontinued. I was told that it was not, and that this online seller is not a licensed vendor for their products.
I guess it all worked out for the best as it seems that this company does not offer legitimate parts anyway. "
