"We ordered a part for our RV after looking at pictures to compare that the parts were the same. We have an older RV and it is difficult to get part numbers. The description of the part said it would fit our Water Heater. After receiving the part it was obvious that it was not the same. I contacted Adventure RV but they said that pictures can be generic! They are not admitting that the part does not fit and now I am stuck with a part worth over $100 that I cannot use. Shame on you Adventure RV. I will not be sending any of my friends to shop on your site."

"I ordered a Fairview 254 LP Two Stage Automatic Propane Regulator. it arrived in OK condition, but it was sent in some pretty half baked packaging (items wrapped with UPS padded evelopes). No retail packaging at all, and the items looked a little on the rough side. The items was not very protected at all with the poor packaging, so hopefully it works OK. On plus they did ship it very quickly. My overall impression this is some business a couple of people are running out of their home. Don't plan of buy from again"

"I ordered a part on 10-30-19-Supposed to arrive in less than 10 days. Part never came. No Phone # to speak with a customer service representative. I had to do a live chat. I was informed to put in a "support ticket" through a different web site that they provided to get resolution on the missing part. I did as instructed and never got a support ticket reference #. No one ever got back to me, so after a week, on 11-18-19 I submitted a second "support" ticket, as the chat line said they could not help me. Chat line keeps referring me to the "support" website-can't talk to a live person. Now, today, 12-3-19, I submitted a 3rd "support" ticket, again with no ticket reference #-so my requests must be going into a "black hole". I still have not had any response and NO WAY OF GETTING MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK OR DON'T CARE IF YOU DON'T GET THE PART YOU ORDERED. I believe is a very small business and they don't have the resources to help customers in need."
