They don't answer the phone, and will only say "no cancellations or changes once an order is placed". Their prices are market rates once fees etc are included, so no advantage there. They charged me three weeks ago and never shipped products despite paying rush fee. My credit card issuer laughed at the story, especially the part about AdventureRV.net not allowing any changes or cancellations to orders, and the fact that my card was prematurely charged. If you have any problems, just call your card issuer and tell them that you have written guidance on shipping time (look on your invoice) and they will give you immediate credit and reverse the transaction. Easy process. Again, look elsewhere for RV parts."

The item in the photo was an octal-screw model, not the snap-in used by my RV described on the web site and shown in product photos. Trying to resolve the issue is frustrating and a waste of time.

"I worked for three days to get the information about the product. I then added expedited service and it still took three days for it to reach the shipper. FedEx got it here in a very timely fashion. Adv.RV did have the best price but with all the add-ons for shipping and etc., it did add up. Don't know if I'll recommend them to anyone without a lot of warnings. Hate that you cannot "talk" to anyone and chat doesn't offer much help."
