"The shroud was poorly packed loose in a damaged box, Warped grid, back end. I modified this with an aluminum strip. The unit was not as pictured however it could be made to fit. This appears to have been a previously returned rejection, put back on the shelf and then reshipped with out proper packing or inspection. I was able to use the item with the modification, o=however this I consider poor service. Mervyn King Md"

"I need a set of stairs for my travel trailer. All I had to go on was the mfg. name, hickory mfg co. Their web site took me to the AdventureRV web site. Their ratings were good.. The picture of the steps,on the web site, looked to be a match so I took a chance. The delivery time of 2 to 6 days was 3 days the steps fit perfectly. I took a chance on Adventure RV and I would not hesitate to use them again. "

"Overall I was very happy with the service from Adventure RV. We ordered a new 10-gallon Atwood LP/Electric water heater, which arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. The only downside was the website. When I submitted the order, the website didn't like the billing address and asked me to change it, and when I did and resubmitted the information, it ended up billing me twice. Customer service wasn't helpful in resolving the problem, because their reps are apparently in Pakistan or someplace, but ultimately the issue was fixed. Farming out customer service to someone who barely speaks English isn't going to do much for your reputation."

The individual appeared to not understand my questions and as a result I was not sure I would get the product when needed. I will order again but you all need to have a phone number that someone can call with questions and not shove your customers off onto the on-line chat with not recourse."
