I responded that i just checked their site and not only does it say product IS available the price ( before tax and delivery) is now 945.00!!!!

"I needed a part to my RV awning. I went to their site and found a part that kinda resembled what I needed. You cannot talk to a person there so you have to email and wait 3 or 4 days for a response which was "I don't know". So I ordered it anyway and paid. Shortly thereafter, after looking elsewhere and searching Amazon I found the exact part I needed. So now I need to cancel my recently placed order. So I went to FAQ page and was met with smart **** answers to simple questions. Whoever they have answering FAQ is a real arrogant person. A real smart **** who should not be dealing with the public. Well, I found the part I needed through a backward search through Amazon that lead me back to this RV Parts site. So I bought the correct part and, BTW, it was cheaper. Now I'm in the process of returning the original purchase. Let's see how that goes. "
"Every step of the process was difficult. There are no phone numbers to speak to anyone, including customer service. I don't think customer service actually exists. If you purchase from them any way good luck 3 days after delivery I experienced a problem with a refrigerator. Filled out customer service ticket, the response was " it's not our problem call the manufacturer. They are such scammer they would not even bother to provide an address or phone number. "

"Purchased a refrigerator, paid their freight fee at checkout based on their algorithm's shipping estimate to my location in Western Washington ($160). A couple days later got an e-mail informing me my purchase had been processed, and should ship in 1-5 business days. Nine business days later they sent me an e-mail informing me that in order to ship to my "Remote Location" (close to Seattle) they needed an additional $260, or they will gladly cancel my order. I resisted, saying it still showed the price I paid if you went on their website and calculated shipping, and besides the expectation of costs already paid covering my purchase they were taking way longer than claimed, and they sent this response: "Hello, Again to ship to this remote location we would need to charge an additional $260.06 or we can get this cancelled for you. Please let us know your decision."
I have cancelled and am awaiting my refund, meanwhile the purchase through another vendor with similar price seems to be going smoothly, with less than my original freight cost.
