"I'm a regular customer at AdventureRV.net so I'm saddened to have to ding them on this. The shipping department sent me a 25 pound item without any packing in the box. They also put other items loose in the same box so by the time I received the items the smaller items had been crushed buy the larger item and I had minor damage to the larger item. I started a support ticket right away but that seems to be dragging on. I needed to move forward with my project so I have had to repair the damage to the heavy item on my own."
