"I am a new customer to AdventureRV. I read there reviews and was pleased that most were very positive. Unfortunately, I am one of the unlucky few that it having issues. I placed an order for an electric tongue jack on 4/7/15. It is now 4/18/15 and I haven't received any shipping confirmation or tracking number. I contacted there customer service on 4/16/15 (this being done via online support - note: no phone contact ) and was issued a service ticket number. A member of the "staff" wrote on 4/17/15 and said "It was shipping from a remote warehouse. I have emailed them for the status. I will let you know as soon as they get back to me." These remote warehouses are supposed to expedite the shipping process. It says so right in there order statement. It doesn't appear so in this case. However, AdventureRV was very prompt in billing my credit card on 4/7/15. In the future, I will probably go elsewhere."
