"Ordering my air conditioner was a nightmare. The web site wouldn't confirm the order. I asked for help, but was told to repeat the process. After several attempts, and frustration with trying to work through the problem with the "help" folks, I backed out. Later I re-entered the website and was able to complete the order. When the air conditioner arrived it was damaged. Not wanting to go through an endless circle of non helpful comments from the "help chat" people, I fixed the problem ( the chassis was bent and the compressor was dislodged). There is no way to speak to a person when ordering, you MUST go through the website. Sorry but I won't be ordering again."

"Bait and switch tactics. My experience was a that they bait you on Google shopping (a sponsored ad) with a great price on a Mr. Heater MH18B but the link directs you to their website for a product that looks almost the same in the small picture but is in fact a MH9B. They don't show the MH9B in the title area but show instead a Mfr. Item # and don't show the MH9B until almost the end in the description. The product I got can be bought 20% less elsewhere but that's not the main point here.
You can't talk to a person at the company – only email or chat. In an email, they deny any responsibility and have no interest whatsoever to make things right. I would expect them to investigate this, and own up to it.
Their return policy is horrible. I didn't even open the box but would pay at least 15% restocking + shipping if the product wasn't on their exclusion list which is extensive. I'm convinced they would find something wrong and deduct more.
While almost any company can process orders and get generally positive reviews, its the negative ones that reveal the underlying commitment a company has to make things right. Don't take a chance with this company."

You should be aware that we (or any other merchant) have no control how google groups our products with other similar products in their results page. When shopping you should try and pay more attention to what you are purchasing on the merchants website rather than relying on a search engine to display 100% accurate results.
