I didn't give AdventureRV a 5 stars because I was very frustrated that the questions I asked the online help service about a Dometic Brisk II Air Conditioner could not be answered and when I asked if I could speak with a live person with product knowledge I was told that this is an online service and to call Dometic for the information I needed before I was able to place an order. After calling Dometic for help I then got back to AdventureRV online help. The AdventureRV online help agent then located the link to the correct model # and I then had to place my order on AdventureRV website. I have not installed the product but received the product quickly and on time. As far as I am concerned speaking with a knowledgeable person from AdventueRV the first time would have made my buying experience a 5 star rating. That to me would be customer service that I expect from a company. Being told to call the manufacturer for the information I needed is unacceptable in my book.
