"Am delighted with the quality of my tallit and the professionalism of the Ahuva staff. They helped me find the best style—which is absolutely beautiful!—and change the embroidery, which was very skillfully sewn exactly to my specifications. Highly recommend!"
"I ordered Kippot from Ahuva for my wedding. I ordered them 6 weeks in advance (105 kippot). I ordered black with red and gold trim. After I ordered I confirmed that they received it and didnt get any emails back. I then emailed again and asked for a picture of the kippah before they send it out. They sent me a picture of a burgundy kippah. I responded back and said I ordered black. No response. i called them but the number goes directly to one persons cell phone who is never at his computer. He said he has 2,000 emails and will get to mine. I sent an email again. They said okay that was just a sample. When I received the kippot they were burgundy with a gold trim! I called immediately and was really upset. They said they have to check whats going on. I kept calling until I got a resolution. They said they will resend the correct ones if I pay $50 for shipping. I said absolutely not. They have caused me so much stress and its their mistake. My husband called them as well and they said they are losing money on this order.. again this isnt our problem considering it was their mistake and they are impossible to reach. I never received the black kippot EVER-not before or after our wedding. They are completely unprofessional, do not know how to run a business if they are "losing" money, and do not know how to read orders. "
"Ahuva supplied us with Star Wars kippahs for my sons Bar Mitzvah. They Delivered On Time as stated. The quality is exceptional. Every single one of them was Handmade. Love this company. Quick response to my many questions. Ahuva is my now “go to” place for Judaica. My sincerest THANK YOU to everyone at Ahuva for making this time so special for us.

"This is a wonderful tallit, with the tallit blessing clearly embroidered round the neck, and beautiful symbols embroidered in silver and blue. It is both comfortable to wear, yet also feels quite special."
"I was so happy with the customer service I received from Ahuva, they always responded quickly with an answer (and were very patient with a stressed out mother of the Bar Mitzvah boy!) the kippot look great and were very reasonably priced. Thank you ahuva."
"Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that the Tallit arrived today, just as you promised. Thanks so much for getting it here today. We need it tonight for the installation of our new rabbi. It is beautiful. Shabbat Shalom."
"I ordered an atarah (the embroidered blessing) for a tallis I am making for my son's bar mitzvah. Ahuva chose to send it FedEx, which sounds nice, but I never received the item. FedEx claims to have delivered it but we did not receive it (and we were home at the time of the supposed delivery). Ahuva refused to do anything but offer a discount on another item (but by this time I had already found a replacement)--and why should I pay even more money through no fault of my own? I shop all the time online, sometimes for quite expensive items. I have never had a worse experience with a retailer--for just a $33 item. And, by the way, not an item that someone would lie about receiving, or want to steal, or need a duplicate of. So ridiculous. And their emails back and forth with me were very rude. And Paypal inexplicably sided with them. As someone else said, I can't believe I have to say this about a retailer of religious items, but DO NOT TRUST!!"
"I recently ordered an engagement ring from them. I found a design that I liked very much but wanted a custom phrase engraved into it. Not only were they able to do this but they did it at a more than reasonable rate. The ring was custom cast in Israel to my exact specifications. They guaranteed a delivery date and the ring arrived on that exact day. They sent computer renderings prior to so I knew what I would be getting, and I got exactly what I asked for. My bride-to-be is going to be thoroughly pleased with this.
Ahuva did an outstanding Job all the way around."
"We had a great experience with Ahuva in placing an order for a new Torah Cover on line. We received the finished Torah Cover and it definitely met our expectations! We are very pleased and happy to say that the new Torah Cover looks beautiful on the Torah! Thanks Ahuva!"
"I emailed them and showed them what they sent me. I requested a particular item and they told me they sent the correct one even though that wasn't true. Horrible place to shop at. They display items they have on the website, but send you different ones that you request. Please shop somewhere else."
"I contacted Ahuva to see if the Matriarch Tallit that I had purchased for myself came in other colors. I received a response quite quickly that a custom tallit could be done. I wanted to bless a person in my congregation with the tallit so I wanted it made with organza in her favorite color, Burgundy. I was so excited to get the tallit that I contacted Ahuva several times to get the status on my order and they responded quickly each time and never acted like I was bothering them with my excited anticipation. I received the tallit today and it was everything that I expected and more. It is beautiful and exactly what I asked for. I cannot wait to surprise my friend with it tomorrow over lunch. Thank you so much for blessing me with such a beautiful tallit for a woman who has been a wonderful blessing in my life. May God richly bless you."
"I’m saddened to say that a Jewish business was so awful to deal with. Not only did they not ship my items in time for what I needed (1 month after I ordered them) but they sent me all the wrong items. When I tried contacting them several times to correct this, I was ignored until I disputed the charge. It has been a back and forth for months and still no resolution. I had to buy my Judaica elsewhere in the meantime.
I won’t be shopping here again.
If you’re looking to get Judaica shipped, I would recommend amazon because they will help you if there is an error, or a local Judaica store that can order your products for you and ensure that you get them. "
"I paid extra shipping to get bamboo shipped to me for an event and they sat on the shipment for 2 weeks before shipping it so it was going to arrive after my event. I asked for a refund and was refused. I'm out $395, have no product and was not protected by Paypal with this transaction. Ahuva is a bunch of thieves that know exactly how to work around Paypal rules so they can screw customers. I've closed all paypal accounts as i wont ever do business through paypal ever again. Buyer Beware with this fraudulent company."
"Ahuva has fixed a challenge obtaining the accurate size tallit for my son. Would use again in 3 years (next order for tallit)"
"We received the tallitot this morning and they are absolutely beautiful. I just wanted you to know that my husband and I are thrilled with how they look and the weight of them. I appreciate your help in making this happen so beautifully and on time. Thanks. // JCD
