"This is the second de-humidifier I ordered from Air - n - water. The first died within a year. It was so cheap I blamed myself for selecting it. This one died within 4 months. They obviously sell Chinese pieces of crap. I had to pay to return the defective unit as well to have the replacement unit sent to me. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in their operations regarding timeliness of customer service and replacement. I will never buy from them again and will tell anyone who asks that this company sucks and their policies suck. You want cheap Chinese crap? Go ahead and take your chances."

"This company's service to customers is terrible, so beware of their tempting pricing. It may not be worth your trouble. In my case I placed an order for a refrigerator/freezer which was clearly in stock when I placed my order. They promptly charged my credit card. Nine days later I followed up on the order only to find out that it was on backorder! With absolutely no notification from them. So thanks for tying my money for no service and no product in return. This was the second time out of two transactions that I have had a problem with this company, so I am never doing business with them again."
"I attempted to buy a Royal carpet extractor from Air n Water. Order process was simple enough and the price was comparable to others. Item didn't ship for 8 days, and when it did, FedEx botched the delivery. I initiated a search for the machine and also contacted Air N Water. Not only weren't they helpful, but, they didn't believe me when I told them that despite the correct address, FedEx did not attempt to deliver here and whoever they tried to deliver to refused the machine. Theoretically, Fed Ex has shipped the extractor back to the manufacturer. I am supposed to be grateful that they are not charging me a restocking fee despite the fact that I have repeatedly told everyone that I did not refuse shipment. I can prove that I was not in the area that day. What is worse, I am now supposed to wait to make sure that the machine reaches the manufacturer before I can get my refund. Stay away from this company THEY ARE CLUELESS! "
"Purchased a Casablanca Stealth Dc Fan which were just released so on back order. Received call following day to be advised of back order and if I wished to cancel or wait. No follow up call since I wanted a better idea of how long the wait would be before I made a decision. Well fan arrived about a week later so that works too! Best pricing on the internet, professional and service orientated to call customer, dropped ball on the follow up but delivered the fan. I would shop here again without hesitation.

"Just purchased a clover b7a water cooler. So far great The cold water has a thermostat if you like it very cold, the hot water has an on- off switch if you do not want it on, and they say the water has a stainless steel holder although you can't see it. The water also comes out quickly so you can fill your glass fast. The only odd item is the hot water handle which is child proof and works fine does not sit as tight as the cold handle actually have to squeeze 2 handles together. It does not have bells or whistles but 2 people already commented (unsolicited) that they thought it was nice looking. I have the black one."
"I received my water dispenser and absolutely love it. It runs very quiet, the water is actually cold not like room temp like the old one we had. Very fast shipping, easy set up. I like that it is energy star rated, has a thermostat on the cold water, and has shut off button for the hot water so that i am not wasting heating the water when we will not be using it. Would definitely recommend this water cooler to everyone. "
