"I remember this place, took me a while to try and remember, had to ask my son. Sorry, if my order # isn't right, i asked for my son to pull it up and this is what he gave me. of course, who know's where he got it from or what this number is.
Moving on, this the first place my oldest son bought from. He spent almost $200 of his allowance.
He went with his friends for almost a month before he finally bought it online. we were supposed to go to the store and get it, but once i realized you could buy it online, i told him i would pay for the shipping.
It came fast enough, but it was problematic. It would work for one second, then didn't work, then would sort of work. My oldest son isn't half as difficult as my younger son. I've never had problems with him. He was always the good one.
finally after 2 weeks of his complaining, I brought him to the store. we wanted arond for about an hour and the technicians came out and said that it was abused. I was so shocked. I asked how, they said it was dropped and must have been banged up.
I was astounded. they showed me and you could barely see anything, I think that's how it came. But regardless a small scuff mark like that shouldn't cause the entire gun to fail. and most importantly, he's always been around adult supervision when using it, and I've seen him use it. He never dropped it or abused it. in fact, in total, he's probably only played with it for 45 minutes.
for $200, 45 minutes isn't cutting it in my book.
anyway, i gave in after another 30 minutes of back and forth. spoke to a young manager who just didn't help and was absolutely conviced my son had damaged it. I just couldn't deal with the headache and arguing, they said it would cost $80 to fix it. so i said fine, just get it working so i can move on with my life.
of course, this is the last time i went there. "

"Most of my orders ship the next business day (5 orders, an order with 8 small items once took 3 days to ship) and I can't see buying a gun anywhere else when ASGI will test fire and chrono the gun so you know you get a working piece the first time.

I have also had a G3 body pin get lost in the packaging but I was smart enough to look for the items I ordered (it was all on the handy invoice) and find it in there. No way does that lose a star.

I have emailed them 3 times and my questions have all been answered within 24 hours.
