"What a great business, I have no idea whatsoever why there are all these bad reviews but Ive had and heard NOTHING but good with and about Airsoft GI. All my orders have made my total satisfaction, my questions have been answered promptly and to the T, they have great shipping prices and every one of my orders have arrived lightning fast, as described, and in perfect condition. GI is by far the best airsoft retailer in the US. All my transactions have been liquid smooth with no bumps or bruises. Their web site is smooth and functional, they have every thing you'd ever want or need for airsoft. There really is nothing more to say, they're and terrific business with the best customer service, the best prices, and the best selection. I will be ordering from them in the future!"

"first, everything I've received from them was broken one way or another.
first was a reject Ares WA200 I paid about $650 for.
when I sent them an email they just ignored it...
next was an out of stock item that I still got charged for...store credit was never given to me.
next, a broken mag on a we tech m14..I never sent anything back to them and just fixed it myself because I don't trust them at all.
third was another "out of stock" item, still no credit for the first one.
now they owe me $75 for taking my money and not giving me my item or credit or anything!
I've contacted the better business bureau and am still waiting for my money.

"Pathetic Customer Service. My son purchased a gun from them for $125. After about 5 uses and 3 weeks, the safety no longer works so I will not let him use it as I do not want any injuries. AirsoftGI told me that beyond 15 days we are stuck with it. Anyone want to buy a broken AK47? Crappy company, we will not be back."

"Box mag wouldn't spin and charging handle fell off before we even used it. I've tried 5 different times to call customer service -spent 20 minutes on hold, left messages without any response. Also have e-mailed without response. My son spent $400 on a product he can't use and we can't seem to get any help with it."

"The items I purchased were in stock the day of and the day after buying, but it took them three days to actually pull my order but then found out it was out of stock, the product then went in and out of stock two more times within the next week. I just recently had a phone call with the customer service to change my order and they were about as dumb as possible. And even a day later my order has not even been changed. Thy like to have items on their site listed as instock when infact they won't get them for another month or two. All in all they are the shadiest buisnes I have come across yet."

"The product I ordered arrived in used condition. The battery was dead out of the box, and the gun had obviously been heavily used by someone else. Aisoft GI will not take it back or provide a remedy.

"Was lured in by good reviews and selection, needed a gun for my son's birthdy, but am extremely disappointed in almost every aspect. After receiving my order, I found various packing errors that led to damage of my gun, a bursted open bag of ammo.

Proceeded to contact Airsoft GI, but they basically told me that they are not responsible and ultimately I was screwed.

Also, while researching up my model after the damage to try to see if any other stores had repair services, I found out that it was MUCH cheaper at 2 other large airsoft retailers.

In fact if you compare Airsoft GI's prices, you will see that some of their guns are super expensive, and that they are not competitive at all when it comes to prices. Their bad service certainly did not help the situation, and as I had to prepare to leave for a last-minute business trip, I wasn't able to dispute the matter further, leading to an upset and crying 12 year old who was out a gun + bbs for his birthday.

I will never shop here again, and advise you to do the same for the reasons stated above.

"I have been wanted to purchase a tactical soft shell and fleece jackets for awhile, but most of online stores sold out. These are very popular jackets/fleece. Finally found them available at AirsoftGI with cheaper price compare to other online stores, but was hesitate to order from them due to the responses from previous buyers. However, I did make an order anyway since they have the jackets in stock. I did call them to make sure they are in before making the online order. Surprisingly, I am very happy with the whole experience. They ship my order out the same day. Their automatic notification systems will shoot you an email on every step process from receiving to packing to shipping out. I would have to say kudos to AirsoftGI. Their 10% off and free shipping over $100 would make this order a DEAL! for Californians. Basically tax free and free shipping.
Perhaps with the previous comments from buyers, AirsoftGI has step up their game and change their business practices. If you are on the border line buying from them, don't be. Give a chance and you see what I mean. In fact I have place another order for the same jacket with a different color. Can't wait to try these jackets on in the cold months to come. - Kyle.

"Slow shipping, unresponsive service, prices are high. I thought I learned my lesson after ordering from Hobbytron and receiving a lemon. I thought I finally found a legit place to get Airsoft without getting the run-around.

I was totally wrong. I ordered a M4 "AEG" from these guys, and it took 5 days to ship (NO, NOT TRANSIT TIME, it took 5 days JUST TO PROCESS the order!)

Then when I got it, the hop up was broken and the latch was stuck open. Tried to call, waited 45 minutes, decided to email instead. Got a reponse a few days later saying I should mail it back and pay for shipping myself. ???

In the end I just called the credit card company and got it straightened out, but in conclusion service is pretty terrible.

"Absolutely the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered parts for my airsoft gun from them. It turned out that the parts they sold me were not compatible. So I contacted them to return the items for a credit so I could order the correct items from them. There customer service is nonexistent and they were rude and unhelpful. It took over 6 weeks to get the items returned and the correct items sent."

"Terrible service. Purchased a gun that required a battery but did not come with one. The website did not mentioned that it required to work and was not included.

When I talked with Josh to try to correct, he said since the description did not mentioned, I should have known. Of course he was willing to sell me a $39 battery!

The worst service, would not recommend this site. I should have purchased from AirSplat instead.

"I ordered a Madbull Omega 12 rail, on June 14th. Got it on June 22nd. Overall it looked good, until it was installed. Top rail was 1mm taller then the receiver, and bottom rail was out of spec. I asked if I could get a partial refund, because of the high price, and lower quality than I expected. Was told they don't offer any refunds. All I can say, is that I'm not gonna buy from them again!"

"ASGI is a really good company, but it was only good when I first started airsoft. For a few months now, ASGI is really starting to crack. ASGI techs dont return my emails, and they do not answer my questions when I email them as well. Most of their items are out of stock and they do not find replacements right away. They have a decent customer service, but their packaging is extremely sloppy. Most stores I buy my stuff usually pack my items with air bags and foam. These guys pack it with brown paper sheets. These guys really need to step up their game. Other than that, some of the guns there are not good quality but they sell it anyway because experts will use them for spare parts or for projects. So before you buy something, read the reviews and if they dont have reviews, research it on google. But if I were you, unless ASGI steps up their game and start restocking or replacing item, I suggest you buy it from Evike.com for guns and only use ASGI for some of their tactical gear. If you are paying more than $100 dollars for a vest, its not worth it, spend your $100 dollars for a Blackhawk vest. "

"The service was Okay... I spoke to customer service representative, Ross, and he was very rude. He was short on answers and knowledge of the items. I did however purchase a KWAG18 and accessories. They canceled the G18 and sent me the accessories. The packing was poorly done, and fear for anyone buying anything expensive on this site. "

"We have placed multiple orders with this company and previous orders have met expectations. Products are of reasonable quality and pricing is good, but shipping is occasionally slow. Packaging is notably poor, with minimal product protection (no bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.).

Unfortunately, we are having an issue with the last gun order. Upon receipt, we noted that the outer gun barrel has a crack. We called the company immediately to report the problem. Customer service said to send an email noting the damage. This was done as requested (why we had to do this after the phone call is an irritation to me). Several days later, we received a response with the statement: "Thank you for your inquiry. It is our policy that due to the nature of the products listed on our website all sales are final. We do not normally accept returns..." The email continued with a request to send photos so they could "better understand the extent [of the damage]". This was done the following morning and we've been waiting several days now for a follow-up response.

I can understand not accepting returns due to "buyer's remorse", but we are only requesting the replacement of an item received defective and never fired. As no damage is visible on the packaging, I have to assume that it was shipped this way.

To have this issue continue on without resolution is a poor reflection of their customer service. I will post later to give the outcome of this situation. Obviously, I'm dismayed with their support at this time and will be hesistant to order from them in the future.
