"Complete nightmare. Placed an order with this company through Rakuten (Buy.com). After hearing nothing about the order for 4 business days, I called to find out that the item was on back-order for 6-8 weeks. I was not notified of this and I told them to cancel the order. The money went back on my card and everything was fine.
This week the item was marked as shipped with a voided tracking number and the charge has reappeared on my card. Airsplat has not answered my emails and Rakuten isn't helping. So right now I have no product and I'm out $200. If I were a vendor, I wouldn't want my product associated with this company.
I've been doing E-Commerce/Digital Marketing for a fashion retailer for two years and it's almost inconceivable how a mistake like that could be made in fulfillment and billing. Maybe they should take some money from their PPC budget and focus a little bit more on customer service. Then maybe they won't have so many negative reviews."

Since I have become aware of Airsplat I have used them for all my airsoft purchases. I have yet to have to returned or have repaired any thin I have purchased. All the products come VIA UPS and are tracked very well. The customer service is awesome. Thy are able to answer all the questions.
I started Airsplat Army Portland andy Airsplat has started contests for the Armies. Theses contests land us some GOOD prizes lots of swag and all in all more players. Airsplat Army Portland decided to give away there care package to support a game in Oregon. This along with the efforts from the Seattle store and Airsplat Boss has created the burn in my trigger finger to play more and support the Armies more! "I ordered over $100 in guns from airsplat. The next day I got an email asking for a shipping address because my billing address was a P.O. Box. I replyed within 9 minutes, and got an email back later that day saying it would be shipped asap. A week later it still hadn't been shipped so I started calling and emailing, it did finally get out and I recieved it 14 days after it was purchased. HOWEVER, one of the guns was missing, and another appreared to be used, or refurbished at best. I immediately began calling and emailing again, and after 4 more days I got an email saying someone would contact me in 3-5 days. That never happened, so I am still calling and emailing 33 DAYS LATER! I would never order from airsplat again, the products are terrible, the prices aren't great, and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with among hundreds of companies over the years. STAY AWAY!"
"Well let me start out by saying that I have been using Airsplat for over 3 years now. I have had great experiences with them with every order I have placed and let me tell you I have placed a lot of orders, well over $1000 easily. Not only has airsplats customer service been great but everyone I have dealt with in their organization from marketing to sales reps. I help to coordinate airsoft games here in CT and airsplat has always been super responsive to every request as well as expediting items at a low cost when we needed something right away. Airsplat has been great to deal with and you can't beat their low prices and community involvement."
"Terrible experience. Did not get what I ordered and had to wait for the time to ship the wrong item back and for them to send the right item to me. They said they'll send it promptly but came up way short on that promise. They have lower prices but with the time wasted trying to get the item you ordered in the first place you spent more in the end. Played 2 weekends waiting for at least an email saying it's on the way. I had to call to ask for a refund because their definition of promptly means at their convenience. Spending a little more at any other store would be definitely worth it (I already have) It doesn't matter how many airsoft stores are online. Airsplat will always be in last place!
Plus, I made an unboxing video showing the gun and box it came in looks used. I would have kept it anyway but it didn't work. I tried using it in battle and got shot trying to switch mags because it failed. To be fair that isn't really airsplat's fault since they didn't manufacture the gun. What is their fault is sending a used item trying to pass it as new. The guy who shipped it was probably too busy playing with it and got my order wrong. Nice going ace!

"I hope AirSplat goes under hard. April I order a G36 Magazine. Instead I receive a M4 magazine. Understandable mistake, honest mistake. THey're both magpul pts 120rd mags - and look almost identical. the only difference was how it clips into a rifle.
So I return it for an exchange, 2 weeks later - nothing. I call they said it's out of stock, no courtesy email or anything. So I say just gimme a refund then. She says ok.
a week later - no refund. I call - they said it was partially processed and they'll have a supervisor finish the transaction I'll have my money in 3-5 days.
2 weeks later - nothing. So I call again - they said last week they sent out the replacement - WTF! YOU SAID I'M GETTING A REFUND. If I want a refund - just send the package back.
Today the replacement comes and I can tell it is NOT the right product. It is a long thick rectangle - I can feel it through the envelope. I open it and it's a unbranded UMP-45 300rd hicap magazine! WTF!? NOT EVEN CLOSE.
SO I call and they tell me to take a picture and they'll fix this. We're 1/3 through June - Just give me my damn $30 dollars back. Never again Airsplat, never again.
UPDATE:after 2 months of back and forth, 2 wrong products, a dozen phone calls and 3 negative reviews left online - they contacted me and finally refunded me.

Order says "best mode of contact is via email"... emailed them 3 times about damaged product and not ONCE did I receive anything back. "I will not be ordering from Airsplat again. First off, they have much higher prices compared to similar websites such as www.airsoftgi.com or www.evike.com. I recommend you take a look at those two sites first, I ordered a CYMA CM028 from AirsoftGI and I had no issues. The reason I ordered from Airsplat was the fact that they had a gun which was not regularly kept in stock by other sites, the JG G36C. This is one of the pros about Airsplat, they seem to carry a much larger selection of AEGs than their competitors.
It takes about an absurd amount of time to get in contact with Airsplat email support. I sent an email regarding a price match on March 27th. I recieved a reply on April 4th. For a company that prides itself on great customer service, that is unacceptable. The reply email was also short and unhelpful. Not wanting to wait again, I decided to call them. The customer support tech that answered the phone was kind and professional but said that my email was being looked into and I needed to wait a few more days for it to be processed. Currently, it is April 13 and I have yet to receive a response.
Lastly, they shipped my order on March 30th, 4 days after I placed my order. They clearly advertise and even guarantee that orders will ship within 24 hours (http://www.airsplat.com/policy.htm). Not only that but they shipped with USPS instead of the UPS I paid for.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Airsplat and the order process has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
*EDIT: After getting in contact with an Airsplat employee, I realized that their price match policy was not applicable to me because Amazon does not ship to Canada and therefore they had no obligation to provide a price match for me. Despite this, they still refunded the difference between the two items even though I was in the wrong and they had no reason to. Because of this, I have bumped up their rating and am very satisfied with my transaction."
"I have had nothing but good experiences with Airsplat.com. I made an order a few weeks ago and one of the guns broke down. I contacted them and they agreed to send a new one while letting me keep the broken one for spare parts. I immediately ordered from them again. Any concerns or questions I have are answered within a day or 2. And their items are sent/received fairly quickly."
"I ordered four airsoft pistols for my nephews. One of the guns came with a scratch and damaged barrel, as if it had been used before. When we were testing the conditions of the guns, two of them got jammed and the bb's got stuck in the barrel. 5 bb's got jammed in the barrel and wouldn't come out until we shook it around and kept firing. Eventually the bb's started to come out in pairs.
After using the guns for less than 30 minutes, we found that one of the guns doesn't shoot half of the time. After loading and cocking the gun, the bb's just don't come out. We tried replacing different bb's but it is the same. Sometimes it shoots but sometimes it just doesn't shoot the bb's.
The gun that was damaged and scratched broke off a piece in the back from just cocking it back normally. We had only used the guns for about 30 minutes and it just broke off a piece. The guns were never dropped or anything.
The four guns come with lasers and lights that are attachable. Although one of the guns came with a good laser and light, the other three lasers lights were terrible. They are almost invisible most of the time making it hard to see.

"When I first ordered from Airsplat, I had doubts. I've read many unsatisfied reviews, but I decided to go with it because they had a 20% off sale after Christmas. I placed my order on the 31th of December, and the order was processed the day after New Years. I got my gun the 8th of January. After three weeks with the gun, I noticed it was wobbling and I exchanged it for another gun. Heres where I ran into some difficulty: The RMA was wrong. I called three times before it was fixed, but the last two people were very helpful. I recommend this cmpny, but definitely know what you want before you order."

I contacted Airsplat to cancel my order, however, it had already been sent out for delivery and a tracking number had been assigned. However, the customer service rep said he would hold the order and try to ensure the item was not delivered. The end result was the order was cancelled and I received a full refund of the payment I had made, as well as e-mail correspondence from the company. They were very professional and apologized for the inconvenience when actually I had caused the inconvenience.
