"First, ordering was not very easy. The website does not have an easy way to search for item numbers or products and is not very user friendly. I had to place the order twice to actually get it to go through. Also, after registering for Airsplat.com, you also have to have a Paypal account to pay for your order. Very inconvenient and time consuming.

Before placing my order, I called Customer Service to inquire about issues with my shipping address, as they require that your shipping address be the exact same as your billing address. The problem is, my billing address is not a physical address. Since UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box or ambiguous mailing address, this is a problem. When I called, Customer Service could not do anything to help other than to suggest that I change my billing address with my credit card. Since my credit card is a business and not a personal credit card, this was not possible and I told them so.

Interestingly enough, a representative phoned a few days later when they were shipping out my order, saying there was a problem with the shipping address. That individual was thankfully easily able to change the shipping address over the phone. Why couldn't this have been done in the first place for "safety reasons", but could be accomplished later over the phone.

When they were able to ship out my items with the new address, I received an email with tracking numbers. I was sent three tracking numbers, only one of which was valid on the UPS website. I emailed customer service about this and they responded, giving me one single tracking number, offering no explanation as to why I had originally received three tracking numbers. When I received my order, it was all in one package. So, I have no idea why I had three tracking numbers, but at least I received my order without any further issue.

Overall, my purchase with Airsplat.com was time consuming and rather difficult. This company needs to make the purchasing process easier and be able to use a little judgement when dealing with shipping address issues.

"In my dealings with Airsplat's customer service, I have found the level of service extremely high and far in excess of what I expected.

I am an international customer, and was having difficulty in setting up my shipping details on my account and navigating the complexities of a foreign (to me) postal service.

Not only did Airsplat's Customer Service assist me in setting up my Airsplat.com customer account with the correct shipping address, they located the appropriate shipping information with USPS and supplied it to me.

As the costs of overseas shipping are quite costly, I almost decided against purchasing from Airsplat.com but the level of friendly service "above and beyond the call of duty" prompted me to go ahead with the purchase.

If the level of service had been lower, I would have given it up as too expensive.

Unsolicited, I informed Airsplat that their level of service was the reason why I was progressing with the order, as I believe it important to give feedback to Customer Service representatives, especially when they're doing it right (I've worked in Customer Service myself and know from experience that people freely complain when they are dissatisfied but seldom give good feedback when they are satisfied).

Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, things progressed smoothly and swiftly. I received confirmation of my order quickly and then received confirmation that the goods had been dispatched.

The item, when it arrived, was in ideal condition.

Overall, I am very impressed with the level of service. I felt that they went out of their way to ensure I got what I wanted - for one of their lower-priced items.

"We sent back an air soft gun and a $20 mask. They gave me credit back on the gun but did not credit me for the mask. It was packed in the same box. When I called them to discuss it, they told me they did not receive it, that I had to contact UPS. I told them there was no way they could have not gotten it since it was in the same box with the gun and that it was unfair to UPS to make them pay for Airsplats mistake.
They later called me back and offered me the refund for the mask.

"Okay i don't know if anyone knows this but Airsplat is THE BEST online airsoft store!!! Not only because of the extremely vast product variety, but also the best service i have ever gotten from any online store. They send you real replies by real people not just some copy & pasted script! They respond fast and answer questions right and with extreme detail. I love this store and you will too!!!!!!!"

"Airsplat is a great airsoft website. They have fair sized selection of guns, tactical gear, ammo, batteries and other things at unbeatable prices. All your guys complaints are miniscule.

In the past 3-4 months alone, i have ordered $3000+ in all sorts of merchandise. I love them because they do free shipping, even to Hawaii where I live. (Most sites like ASGI and evike dont do that) On top of that, THEY SHIP FAST. 3-4 days is typical time between clicking "process order" to opening box

All of your guys complaints about how your gun broke and such, ITS NOT THEIR FAULT! The solution is easy! Buy a high quality gun! To the guy complaining about his $10 gun: GET OVER IT! A $10 gun is not going to last long!

I have had only 1 gun come broken, ($50 gas pistol) and I called airsplat and they gave me a RMA# and the issue was quickly resolved.

It may be true that their return policy doesn't cover EVERYTHING, but I believe it very reasonable what they cover.
They dont cover problems with the gun if its your fault IE: Shooting bad bbs through a gun, Dropping it or breaking it some other way.
If you have an issue with an order, CALL THEM. THEY HAVE REPS WHO WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!

The claims that you have to email them first is a load of BS. Call them and they can solve your problems and give you RMA# and solution to your issues over the phone.

Overall, I have had great experience with them. Fast and free shipping, 110% price match, and overall unbeatable prices make them the best. All the complaints about customer service, you just gotta get over it. Evike, Airsoft GI, Redwolf. They all have CS problems. I believe that Airsplat has the fewest out of all the airsoft retailers.

"Ordered a gun. Came broken. Airsplat made me pay the shipping for their broken product. They sent me back the same broken gun with different problems missing parts. Still trying to work it out. They give you generic answers and don't care if you get a lemon.
Finally received a new UN broken gun. Airsplat called me and asked me to change my review, they would send me extra bbs. HA. I wonder how many others they called and bribed. I will not buy from there again! They sent me a broken used gun! Made me pay the shipping, but first had me buy bbs not made in China, even though the gun was made in China. Your right Airsplat it's not in your policy to pay for return shipping, but I did not get what I paid for originally. I did not get a working brand new gun. I do now. Finally. Even this brand new gun came with a baggie of tools and an extra spring. The first gun was used and scratched and you did not take it back easily. Shame on you. I also did not appreciate you generic answers to my calls and E-mails. Poor poor, customer service!

"Very disappointed in service from Airsplat.com. Purchased a $275.00 rifle. On day 3 the forward sling mount broke while my son was seated at a picnic table. When the ring broke the barrel of the gun fell and hit the patio resulting in the rear stock breaking from the main body of the rifle. Their website says the gun is made of metal but it is a very cheap pot metal construction. Contacted Airsplat, they don't want to talk to you only email, first they agreed to repair for $50 and then said $50 only covers inspection and minor repairs. I requested an RMA # but they did not provide. After spending $400 and getting very poor service I really wonder what I would get for $50 more. Our order totaled over $400 and they don't seem to care.

Airsplat was able to finally repair the gun at a cost of $50. I think they intend to take care of their customers but their method of handling problems is very clunky.

"Love this place! I buy almost all my airsoft gear from them. They have great prices and their 45 day warranty is a home run. I've had some issues with products not being right or not working, but they've helped me through every single 1 of them and has only made me more loyal to them!

""Cheap" air soft gun. Only $13.99 + $12.04 shipping. Problem was it did not even last 20 shots before it fell apart! Absolutely worthless, incredibly cheap plastic. And for some reason, it is not possible to review it at their website... Wonder how the other rave "reviews" got there! Airsplat is a total scam.
UPDATE: I finally called them. They offered a store credit. I replied that I have no plans buying from them again. They offered apparel. I replied that I do not want to advertise for them by wearing stuff with their logo on. They said I could return the item within the 30 day warranty period. Just too bad I have already thrown away the box, as I must return an item in the box.
