"I ordered a full mask from Airsplat on sale for 14.99. When I pressed send to order it I realized I had hit 2nd day shipping that cost $20.52. I immediately called the company, after waiting on hold forever I was put through only to be confronted with a ringing phone and no answer. I then went to the website to stop shipment and sent the email with the required info in the heading. Today I see that the item still got shipped 2nd day air and the kicker is that it will not be here until the 3rd day!! I will not do business with this company again. Terrible service(no service at all).

After posting the above, a service rep from Airsplat emailed me within a few hours. They have offered to refund my shipping costs. This type of service is what I expect from a reputable company hopefully they follow through. Although, as of yet,no credit has gone through on my credit card.

Credit was refunded to my card. Cuatomer service followed through on their promise. But beware they border on harrassment if you dont come back and change their rating to a 5 within their time frame. I told them once I got my credit card statement I would come back and update my review. I received more than 6 emails one stated they called my credit card company to make sure it was credited and another said that they tried calling me (I disconnected the phone). HARRASSMENT!!
To customer service- No reputable company would be so scared that a customer had a low opinion of them, that they would harrass them into giving them a 5 star rating. If you had done the correct thing the first time, maybe their wouldnt be so many disgruntled customers,

"I'm writing this review in hopes that I will want to come back and revise it. But as of this writing I have nothing good to say about Airsplat. Nor it's cx service. I placed an order last Friday, the 30th of November from their website. Two guns costing 134.40 with shipping. I emailed them Monday to check on the order status, but got no reply. Even though they state on their website they will reply within 24 hrs. Money taken from my account, yet order status on website not updated to show anything. Tried calling them today, but after being on hold for 20 minutes, got no answer. As I live in Canada being on hold gets expensive. So far a very bad experience with airsoft. Do NOT buy from them."

"I've been an avid airsofter for about five years now and have shopped at numerous locations (Evike, GI, Airsplat, Airsoft Megastore, AEX, etc). I used to shop mainly online until I visited Airsplat's Los Angeles store.

My first impression when I walked into the store was a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable people to assist me whenever I had questions. Very opposite to what I've experienced at the Evike Store where you have to take a number in order to get any sort of help.

Once I was ready to make the purchase, the Airsplat representative took the time to walk me through additional enhancements that could be made to my gun along with some tips on how to do some basic maintenance and informed me of their included Tune-up and upgrade services.

I have to save I was very satisfied not only with the products I purchased but also with all the help while making the purchase.

Keep up the good work Airsplat, you've gained a customer for life!

"you should not order from airsplat they are unprofessional on the phone and never reply to any of the emails regarding issues. I placed a order on 10/28/13 and was told that the order would ship in a week because the riffle was in high demand. I have still not received any confirmation of my order being shipped and its been 2 weeks. every time I call no matter who answers no one knows whats going on and I never get a answer, also i have emailed them about 10 times about the matter and never received not 1 email. I expected a lot more from this place the price is not worth the terrible customer service. UPDATE this place is still terrible they had someone call me to resolve the issue and i asked them to call me back after work and i never received a call and they never answer when i call."

"Placed an order and sent them the information for a price match. Didn't hear any thing for a week so I emailed them again. Then I didn't hear anything for a month. So I emailed them again. They told me to resend the information. I did that day. After 2 more weeks I still did not hear anything from them. Then I emailed them again. It has been a week since that email.

I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN! THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING THEIR POLICIES. THEY LURE YOU IN WITH A "GUARANTEE" AND THEN DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY.


Poor excuse for customer service.

"went to airsplat again last week, and i was helped out by a new guy who looked really young, but he knew everything i needed to know. He was kind of slow at the register but the other guy that was there said he just started a few weeks ago so ill give him that. The item i originally came in for was actually discontinued but he was able to get me another rifle that was exactly the same and i was able to pick up a G&G MOD1 and got an extra sniper rifle for $1.00. i love their freaking sales."

"Ordered a rifle via phone and girl who took my order said this particular rifle was in stock. (I asked if it was) I called 2 days after placing the order to check on it since I had not received any shipping information and the guy said, "I'm not sure what the hold up is on this order but I will make sure it gets shipped today". A week later I received everything else I had in the order except the rifle. I called and they said it was on back order for up to 3 weeks. They said it was in stock when I placed order but were out of it by the time they shipped my order. Everything else in the order was also in stock so there shouldn't have been any delay except to process existing orders. Their logistics are crap because their inventory should have told her there were no more in stock even if pending shipments had not yet been processed.

I wouldn't have ordered that particular rifle or anything else if it was not in stock. "Sorry for the delay" was all I got. No future discount, no expedited shipping once they do get it in stock, no checking around to see if another store could fulfill my order, nothing. They also left part of the order out they they said should have been in the box.

The staff was friendly but their lousy logistics and quality control need help.

"I have NEVER had so many issues ordering online from any company! I will NEVER use AirSplat again! Upon checking my order which was supposed to ship within 24 hours I noticed it had a UPS tracking number on it but when I clicked the number it told me it had been voided by the sender and UPS was not in possession of any shipment. I sent 2 e-mails and got no reply of any kind. I also called and I was on hold for awhile but then it rang through and all I got was a general voicemail that I couldn't even leave a message in because the box was full! Absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself the headache and don't order from AirSplat.com!"

"Ever since I've been interested in airsoft airsplat has been there for me, wether its bb's, gear, or a gun, airsplat always gives the best service.

For example: when I heard of the new timberwolf (was new at the time) pistol by echo 1, I rushed to airsplat to find one. To my surprise, they had already stocked them and have sold a few. I noticed some time after that a desired item I wanted was out of stock and I thought it was gone for good (suggested by the lack of stock from other websites). But unlike different airsoft stores, they restocked the same product more than 2 times! Thank you! A stocking system that finally makes sense!

No body's perfect, but airsplat sure dose question that! Again, I would strongly recommend airsplat.com!!!
