"Airsplat is the greatest retail shop out there, of course in my opinion. I got very good service and it was fast. All the guns are very well taken care of and packaged well. "I purchased the KWC 1911A1 from airsplat with an extra clip for around $35. There were no shipping or payment probs. The order got to me in 3 days. This site is great for airsoft guns and i plan to buy another."

They must have been something wrong with them. I got an order from you for Christmas, that a family member ordered, and they were very happy that it arrived on time, and everything was there. "I was skeptacle at first about buying from Airsplat (from all these bad reviews) but since they are sponsored and known on many airsoft sites, I decided that I would finally try them out.

I made a initial order of 3 bags of Airsplat (ICS made)and 2 Vforce Armor mask which were on sale.

But after ordering, I decided that I only wanted 1 mask instead of 2 and quickly emailed them (they had no order cancel option) to change the quantity of the mask or cancel the whole order. Soon after they quickly modified my order and notified me of the change. Their email support was very courteous and helpful and I will now definitely consider ordering from them again!

I ordered on tuesday night at approximately 10 PM and I recieved the package on Thursday afternoon around 2 PM. It was very well packaged and labeled. Making them a definite winner in packaging.

Although I didn't like the quality of the bb's and regretted buying a full fask mask rather than goggles, I did find their service to be very excellent. And they do also carry KSC and Airsoft Elite bb's at a very competitive price as well.

"this was my second purchaseafter the first one went off without a problem,,the only problem i had with the second is one part they sold was not in stock even though it was marked in stock,,even to this day its still in stock.havent heard about when i'll see it"

"Do NOT buy from these people! I made the mistake of making two consecutive purchases of $300+ and was burned by one.

I recieved a bad gun and it took weeks to get in touch with someone. After finally getting an RMA# from them I sent it back. I had to call THEM after the UPS tracking said they recieved it two days ago!

When I went through hell to get someone on the phone she told me it would not be for another two weeks before their tech would even LOOK at it! I could not believe this! When I asked to elevate the call to the manager or owner, she said I could not contact the owner because "he is rarely here"!

I am ending up having to call my bank and have them get my money back. My advise is that you stay away from these people. I should have paid attention to the plenty of warnings online about them. DO NOT USE AIRSPLAT.COM!

"Just take a look at this, and you should get a scoop on my story.

Ill say, They sent me the wrong product. Although on the outside looks exactly the same, and without some investigation, I would have never known, but they sent me a cheaper product, and ripped me off by $40 dollars.

The replacement they sent, was the same exact product, this time, without the warranty. They tried to cheat me 2 times, and to this day, I have not recieve the product I ordered.

They dont answer their phones half of the time, and they take days to respond to their tech support, and info emails.

Overall, this company is horrible. PLEASE... I recommend not buying anything over 40 bucks from them. Unfortunatly for me, and many others that I have recently found out about have had to learn this the hard way.

P.S. Poor packaging, and both bags of bb's were popped inside the box, spilled everywhere.

"Buyers beware. I ordered an airgun from this company which came broken. I emailed them right away and indicated my intention to return the entire order given that receiving a broken gun did not make me feel confident about this product's quality.

After lengthy delays in responding to my request for a return authorization, I was told to return the merchandise AT MY OWN EXPENSE and under the circumstances they would not charge their usual 15% restocking fees.

It took this company nearly two months to give me a partial reimbursement on my credit card. They claim that they understood that I only wanted to return the gun,even though I had written emails stating that I wanted to return the entire order. Therefore they did charge a 15% restocking fee on the mask, bb's, magazine, etc.

In regard to the gun, they determined that the broken piece was not due to a manufacturer's defect, so they would not reimburse me for the full price of the broken gun I received. It was only after the credit card company intervened, that they agreed to a full reimbursement. They would not reimburse for shipping either way, even though I only returned the order because of a broken item.

Perhaps the worse part of this nightmare, is that AirSplat only agreed to a full reimbursement of the airgun after their techician repaired the gun (while I was on the phone on hold). Since the gun was then in "working order" they would then give my money back.

Think very carefully about buying from this company. Their shipping is expensive, and they don't reimburse for returns. They assume, if you receive a broken item, that YOU broke it, and may not return your money. They take very long to answer your emails and never answer the phone. And that gun I received, which had a broken piece on the barrel is now "fixed" and just might be the gun they send you.

"This company sold me spring rifles with thousands of paintballs and said they could shoot them. The paintballs jammed in the rifles, they instructed me to get them out with a plastic rod, which I did. They ended up exchanging them and then complained about the busted paintball in the gun that they had told me to get out with the plastic rod. The ones they exchanged them for was supposed to be very paintball compliant spring pistols, they jammed too. One fell completely apart and I cannot get a refund for these guns. This completely ruined my sons birthday!"
