"Amazing work airsplat, I have been using their site since November of last year and its been a great few months having them as my airsoft provider. I have been a returning customer placing well over 2 orders a month since then. They have great services and amazingly fast and friendly e-mail replies.

Overall they are surprisingly excellent, have affordable pricing, fast shipping[usually ships same day, next day latest] and always provide tracking number[sent by UPS].

I've contacted them a number of times and they are always friendly, professional, and ready to help.

"First of all, the best prices and fastest shipping that I've found so far.

There were some minor problems with my orders, for example, an item was defective upon arrival and I was sent the wrong item another time, however, customer service is friendly, though not very fast in correcting all issues.

"I had ordered a Colt 25 airsoft handgun and when it arrived I unpackes it, loaded it, and tried to shoot it. To my horror it was defective, the trigger stuck and wouk=ld not shoot. Boy was I mad. Here I was out not only the price of the pistol but shipping and handling. I was sure that I would have to pay shipping to send it back and ws als sure I would never get my replacement or money back as I have been burned too many times onthe internet by suppliers that either send you what you did not order or try and collect twice or the item is not worth the money you had paid for it.Boy you talk about being suprised.I contacted airsplat and told they the problembut not in a nice way as I was mad. In was sorry after that because not long after I had an Email saying that a replacement for the gun had been shipped. Not to send it back or send more postage but they had shipped another one right out and it was already on its way to me. NOW THAT IS THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. HAVE TOLD ALL MY FROENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS AND TOLD THEM TO ORDER AND DO NOT WORRYBABOUT GETTING RIPPED OFF. KEEP UP THE GOD WORK. DUPE"

"These people are crooks! I ordered a buy one get one free item, and they sent me one that doesn't fire! they wont replace it at all, saying that it isn't covered by warranty. I have reported them to the FBI Internet fraud inquiry agency. I hope they get canned. maybe later this week I will report them to the better business bureau of Arcadia, CA "

"My 11 year old son accidentally ordered 2 guns from Airsplat as he was pricing guns and their shipping costs. He clicked the wrong tab and the order automatically was charged to my saved credit card. I caught the error from my e-mail that same night, and sent Airsplat a message asking them to cancel the order. By the next morning, I already had a response from Airsplat saying that they had refunded my credit card and canceled the order. Needless to say, I have since changed my password on Amazon.com. Thanks, Airsplat!"

"I recently purchased an airsoft gun, they have a massive banner proclaiming free shipping on each page of their store, but you literally have to go through hoops and unmercifully small text to discover that it is only applicable through the use of a coupon which you have to enter at the time of your purchase.

Furthermore, when checking out, it will give you an agreed upon total, however only when you submit your order completely does it tell you the shipping charges. I found this unacceptable, e-mailed their sales department within minutes of completing the order to inform them of my shock and requested that the sale be terminated. After one email telling me of their glorious loopholes, I have received no further response. The item has since been shipped.

This is not a major dispute, but it seemed rather unscrupulous and needs to be fixed. The company itself seems fine enough, it was simply the fact that there was additional charges (namely shipping) after I had submitted my order.


Not a bad company, just a bit shady. Just remember to type in that free shipping coupon before buying and know that all other coupons will negate this.

Beyond this, the shipping was standard (although a bit expensive), user support was acceptable (i.e. they respond to emails, just not quickly) and their prices are. I would recommend only if your options are low, certainly there are better airsoft stores.

Since we are at the matter of shipping I would also like to add that if they may change the shipping rates to be more affordable, that would make airsplat the best. If only.... well instead of that the service is amazingly, low prices.

Just fix the shipping prices, and we are set for life. I personally love airsoft and go to a field every Saturday for the last 6 months and is proud to say my guns are from airsplat.com , thank you guys so much, you have been an excellent provider.

"Airsplat screwed up literally every single part of our order. We ordered two mid level AEG's, a spring pistol, 5000 biodegradeable bb's, and 2 pair of clear safety glasses:

The Charger of one AEG melted in the wall the first day and blew a fuse in my house. It could have easily started a fire. The other charger stopped working the next day. One of the guns started working erratically shortly after that and stopped all together a few days later. We were forced to purchase an after market charger to even use the one gun that was still working. (Which, by the way, a month later the battery to that gun no longer held a charge).

The spring pistol jammed and literally fell to pieces while firing its second clip of bb's ever.

The bag of 5000 biodegradeable bb's we ordered was open from what looks suspiciously like a slit in the bottom, and there were maybe a 700 bb's left in the bottom of the box. With no obvious opening in the box, it makes me very doubtful that there were ever even 5000 bb's in the box to begin with. (By way of comparison, hobbytron.com double bags their bb's so they arrive in tact.).

Even the two pair of clear safety glasses we ordered came with one clear and one shaded, rendering one pair useless at night.

The shocking part to us, was not so much the junk they sent us, but Airsplat's handling of the situation. To begin with they have a three day notice of return policy. That means they know their products are going to break immediately. Ironically, their stuff broke even before that, so we were still within their ridiculous time frame. Even so, it took them weeks to respond to repeated emails. When they did finally respond, (although not with an RMA number to return their junk) they not only did not offer to pay for the return shipping on their defective merchandise, they wanted us to pay a %15 restocking fee on it. This, of course, was unacceptable and we began placing phone calls to them.

After several attempts to contact them by phone, (they apparently work very erratic hours and when they are there, their lines are jammed, no doubt with angry customers trying to get their money back), we were (eventually) able to speak to the manager, Joe. In the course of that single conversation, we had to "correct" several points of mis-information he had received from the service reps. Unfortunately for him, we had everything well documented. After almost an hour on the phone with him, he finally conceded and told us to send our email directly to him and provided us with an email address that does not work. It has now been more than two weeks since that conversation. Nobody will respond to our emails and they will not return our calls.

"I honestly wish I could paste the entire email conversation here for everyone to see, but since I can't, here's the basics:

I paid for an item, it arrived in due time but it was the wrong one.

I was assured they'd fix it, they only needed to charge me for the same item again (as collateral) they would then send the correct model and a shipping label to send the wrong one back for free. At that point they'd refund the collateral.

I said that was fine, I was charged again, and now, 36 days later, I've got nothing but the wrong item I started out with.

I have phoned and emailed them repeatedly, and we're just talking in circles. At this rate I'd be lucky to get the right item in my lifetime, and so I've told them (a few times) that if they will just refund my collateral money, I'd like to be done with it; I'll keep the incorrect model.

They keep stringing me along, and they obviously have no intent to resolve the issue.

If you order something from this site, it's just luck whether or not you get the right item, and if you don't, God help you sort it out because they wont.
