"Absolutely the most rude and worst customer service I've ever encountered.

After waiting for several minutes for someone to answer they immediately transfer you without a word to another number where you most likely get voicemail of someone who never calls back.

They say the item will ship in 3 - 5 days, after a week I got a notice that they had charged my account and forwarded the order to the warehouse for processing. A week later I hadn't heard anything about my items being shipped. I called back, after 4 attempts I finally got someone to talk to me who told me the item was shipped 5 days ago; but I wouldn't get tracking information from UPS for another 2 days. when I questioning this, I was repeatedly interrupted by the agent who simply repeated himself. When I got irate, he hung up.

In several encounters with these people, I got the distinct impression that all they wanted to do is get me off the phone as quickly as possible and didn't really care if they answered my questions or concerns at all.

Also, while I'm at it, they add a 6% shipping insurance charge onto your bill which isn't shown on the total they provide in the confirmation Email. They say that it is on the web page; but it certainly isn't made obvious because I have yet to be able to find it."

"Rip-off artists - be careful! I ordered an Olympus camera Tough TG-1 and in notes told them I was cruising on the 10th of April and to let me know if there would be an issue with timing. I even called back and paid an extra $30 to make sure it got to me in time. On the call they tried to upsell me on the battery stating it was weak, wouldnt hold a charge etc.. Waited a week, then called back.

They were closed for the Passover holiday and I called back yesterday to follow up on it as the staus had not changed in thier system and I got blind transfferred into "scott's" VM by "Frank" . Waited 3 hours, called back and tt Frank and he informed me that the item was on back order for 3 weeks! Did I still want it? Heck no, I'l be back frm my vacation by then.

He was rude, condescending and not professional at all. buyer beware! "
