In my case I was purchasing the Canon 6D. I got a call today with them trying to sell me on batteries and other accessories. When I asked about the camera the guy told me that in fact I wasn't getting the same 6D I would buy at a store but instead a foreign version that is cheaper and not as well-built. Hence why I should buy their warranty. I'm sure this is news to everyone else as it was to me that there are two different Canon 6D's… In this case I told him I wasn't interested and he per ceded to try and sell me on the "real American warranty", well-built 6D. If I was any of you out there I would not buy from this company!"

"Horrible service to be honest. I ordered a Nikon D600 body online listed for $1,529.99 on 3/18/2013 and is the cheapest out of every place I have looked at.

Got the confirmation on the order placed and called the next day inquiring about the shipment and the gentleman picking up the phone said you are buying a gray market product which is unavailable, but we have the US model which is $1899.00 where it clearly stated on the website that the camera is 'In stock' for the cheaper price which is a lie and very misleading and has no mention of the gray market product whatsoever.

I have multiple screen shots of the entire product information where it fails to mention anything about the gray market. What are you trying to smuggle cameras into US? I am about to take this and go to better business bureau and possibly file a case of fraud to the customers.

This was my first time buying anything from these people and left a bad taste in my mouth. Watch out for the scam, folks. Was just trying to save a few bucks, but glad caught these cheaters in time."
