"I wish I read the review about this company before I ordered any thing from them. It is not worth spending time on this company. I ordered a cannon camera in last November. Their web site indicated the shipping in 2 business days. No status update in ten days until I sent email enquiry for status, then they replied asking me to call in to verify address. Called and they said camera will be sent in 10-12 days. Again waited for another 2 weeks, nothing, not even an update email. Called again and again so many times, just got reply saying no stock but need to wait. After threee months, I sent again another email saying why they still post on their web site the same camera model and still showing shipping in 1-2 business days instead of saying no stock. I queried them if they are doing dishonest business. No reply for that email.

I finally had to cancel my order after I saw all the scam comments on this site and others site like scambook.com. I did not want to risk going through all the hussles and painful experiences that others had. Just wasted more than 3 months of time is lucky then disputing or waiting for refund."

However, of the the free gifts to be included with all orders, shipping, tabletop tripod and lens cleaning kit, I only got the free shipping. "I ordered a Canon T3i from Ajrichies.com. Of course like everyone else has said, I got the phone call (from a private number) about verifying info and the good ole upsell. Ok so we get past that and I was told that it will be expedited by UPS. Cool ok cause I really need it right away. Well that was 2/21.

I called customer service on the following Monday to inquire about the tracking number since you have to sign for your package which is fine with me. I was told by CS that the tracking number will be ready tonight or tomorrow morning. Ok fine. I called customer service again Tuesday and after being on hold for what seemed like an extended amount of time, I got told the same exact thing I got told the day before. Then of course I call back again today (Wednesday) and get told the EXACT SAME THING AGAIN!!! Ok I consider myself a very patient person, more than most my friends would say but this is getting really aggrevating. I'm really trying to give them the benefit of a doubt here. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed this order.

So for right now: 1 star and that is only because you had to pick a star. If I had my way it would be NO STARS for not having NO good customer service; NO revised invoice sent; NO tracking number and the topper NO idea when I'm gonna see my camera if I do. AJRICHIES: YALL GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!

UPDATE: I received my tracking number that night in email and checked it and it said it would be delivered Friday by end of day. I did receive my camera on Friday although I did not get my camera bag nor my extra battery I was supposed to get but Im happy I finally got my camera. "

I had the same experience that everyone else complains about with this company. Hyper aggressive up-selling on crap I didn't need, and "expedited shipping" that was supposed to have my product arrive in 5 days. It has been two weeks and I'm just praying that it's on its way. When I called them to try and force them to give me a tracking number they were very rude and refused to give me one, simply stating "it will be there Monday". We shall see."
