"Do NOT buy from this place. I purchased a camara, a 4MG memory card and two long life batteries. The camara arrived damaged. Instructions said to send EVERYTHING back which we did. A new camara was sent, but the long life battery, original battery, and 4MG Memory card were missing, and there was no packing slip! Every time I call, (at least 10 times) I am transfered to someone else, put on hold, or given voice mail. Once I spoke to a "customer service" person who yelled at me for returning all the items! He then said he would send the replacement items, and hung up on me. When I called back to ask for a tracking number or confirmation that something was being sent, I was yelled at again that the order is being shipped, and why would I call back? One month later...no parts have arrived. I've called again and been given V.M. after 10 minutes on hold and 3 transfers.

WOW! I just got a call back from a man who got my voice mail and said they would ship tomorrow....what timing! We will see.
UPDATE: Another customer service rep just read this review and called to ask me to change it. He said he would send a tracking number today, which is good, but does not mean the product is on it's way. I'll update again once I get the product.....
Got the product. The last person I spoke with was good and got it done-sent me the missing parts. The other 50 contact attempts were horrid. Don't waste your time if it means anything to you. "

All of the reviews that have negative experiences are true because they sound just like my own dealings with Ajrichies.com. BEWARE!!!!! Do not deal with Ajrichies! In my opinion they are a "Bait and Switch" Scam. Stay far away from them! Buy from a reputable dealer even if it costs $100.00 more. Save yourself a lot of grief."
