"Ordered Radeon 9700. Lowest price of all the "good resellers" I shop with, including newegg. Ordered Monday afternoon ET, shipped same day, received it Thursday. Very smooth transaction."
"I placed an order for a couple of Thermaltake Volcano 7+ heatsinks from AJUMP. The items were shipped UPS ground for free, arriving in a reasonable period of time.
The items received were exactly as ordered, no surprises no problems, low prices, and free shipping. "
"I purchased an HP4100 laserjet printer from them recently, and just had to comment on what a smooth transaction it was. I ordered it from their website and it was delivered to my door in less than a week. The price was great, under 1000 dollars and included free shipping, which would normally have cost 60 or 70 dollars. I highly recommend them."
"Amazing, simply amazing. I've purchased from dozens of online technology dealers but this is in my top 10 for sure. I got the LOWEST price on pricewatch for an Abit NV7-133R mobo ($84)...then only paid $5 for UPS ground shipping & handling. And then to my amazement I received the package the NEXT DAY. Now there's a little luck in that but come on-they processed it fast too, and you can't beat the pricing. Figured I'd spend some of the time I'm waiting for my other orders from different retailers to say this company rocks!!!"
"After reviewing other people's comments, I am kind of hestitated to order from ajump. But the price the the DVD player is too good to refuse. It turned out to be the most wonderful shopping experience. Sumitted the order on Monday 11:00 am and requested to ship by Fedex 2 days. One hour later, the rep. called me and said since I am in IL, they will arrange my order to be shipped from their IL warehouse. They changed my shipping method to Ground and charged me Ground instead of 2 day shipping. The order got shipped on the same day and I received on the next day, -- Tuesday. They are in CA and I am in IL. Very hoest and thoughtful people. Communication has no problem. Alwasy has someone answering phone call. "
"Ordered an abit kx7-333r motherboard from ajump primarily because of the low price and the fact none of the local retailers has this board in stock. The order process was easy, they had no problem shipping to a second shipping address, though their shipping department called me late that same day to verify the address again. Well, I can understand the reason for that, even though the address was already authorized by my credit card bank.
At least the shipping was cheap and fast. Package arrived within 2 buiness days.
After assembling the system, it ran beautifuly...for a single day. I turned the computer off for the night, then hit the power button the next moning and- nothing. The system would not boot, would not POST, did not even give any beep codes when powered on. After doing all troubleshooting I could think of, I called ajump's tech support line at about 3:30 pm. Everyone was out to lunch! One of their techs called back later, and ultimately suggested swapping out parts to see which one is bad. He even suggested it could be a compatibility problem with the RAM and motherboard; never mind that the system worked just fine for well over 24 hours with that ram installed.
A week passes, and I've exchanged the ram, processor and video card, and nothing has changed. Ajump finally gives an RMA number. But the best is yet to come.
Ajump does not bother to notify customers when the RMA has been received or when it has been processed. Unless of course you continue to call and send emails containing tracking numbers to force them to acknowlegde you. But eventually I was sent a tracking number for the replacement package, and, yes, they sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS.
There must be a serious lack of communication between all memebers of ajump's staff. Somehow, no one seemed to notice where the original order was sent, and I suppose no one looked at the label on the box I sent to them which clearly displays my shipping address. And, though I had to verify the shipping address on the original order, no one thought to do the same on the RMA.
Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks since I sent the board back to ajump. Call me a pessimist, but I doubt the replacement will be in my hands by then.
My first purchase from ajump.com will also be my last."
"Well, ordering and shipping both went quite well, and you can't complain much at $99 for a Lian-Li PC60. (just received it yesterday; great condition)
Communication, however, is not so good.
Order made Monday, 7/1/02 (keyboard and case). 3 days later, their website shows the order as "Partial Shipped". I e-mailed them to find out what this meant, but no response. The shipped package was scheduled via UPS for delivery 7/10/02.
Saturday, I receive the keyboard, though there was no indication it had been shipped, according to my Order Status. The following Tuesday (7/9/02) I finally receive my first e-mailed shipping notification. It stated that the keyboard was shipped that day. Wow, UPS is pretty good to have a package delivered 3 days *before* it is shipped. I e-mailed their CS to recommend their being more careful.
Now, two days later (after receive the case as well), I recieve *another* shipping notification for the keyboard, stating once again that it shipped 7/9/02. This is being more careful?
Anyway, prices are great, and you get great items pretty quickly. I just hope I never need to RMA anything with them."
"I ordered a wireless Router (BEFW11S4)from this company. According to their website, they had them in stock. It was the first time I had ordered from Ajump. I placed the order on the morning of 5/28/02. Later in the afternoon, I received an email requesting verification that I had placed the order. I sent them a reply to confirm that I did place the order. Received a reply later saying that the product will be shipped that same day (5/28). On 5/30, I sent an email requesting a confirmation that the item had been shipped. They didn't reply to my email. The Router didn't arrive today (5/31) so I called to confirm the shipping date. I was told that it had not been shipped yet due to late arrival but would probably go out today. Hmmm, strange, the website has always indicated they were already in stock. I cancelled the order. This is my first and last experience with this company. I wont deal with company's that dont answer emails or keep me updated on the status of my order."
"Ordered a Lian-Li PC-60U from them... very competitive prices. Didn't overcharge on shipping. Ordered on the 21st, arrived at my house on the 24! Wow! Anyway, this company has my business. Practically all companies, however, have some issues or unhappy customers so as always just be careful. Find out how many legitimate bad reviews there are out of the total number of reviews and that will be the percent chance that you will have something go wrong. Again though, this was was superhuman service! Just 3 days for a case.... sheesh!"
"I bought a Lian-Li 82 aluminum case and a $979 HP 4100 Laser Jet printer, (YES $979 w/FREE shipping and handling!!_:) It all arrived as expected with top notch customer support. I give you guys at Ajump.com two thumbs up!
Thanks Ajump Staff!
Mitch from CA."
