"Ordered ASUS A7N8X Deluxe motherboard and some rounded cables.

I recieved an email reciept that part of my order was shipping so I contacted their customer support. They promptly replied that they had to split my order and that both were on the way.

The motherboard arrived a couple days after I ordered, and I couldn't be happier. The cables arrived on the 6th business day after ordering (the maximum of the stated 3-6 business days listed under the shipping option I selected). This delay is the only reason AJUMP will not receive a full 10, but I would happily order from them again."

The only thing about ajump.com I CANNOT comment on is phone service...because I basically didn't need it. If all orders proceed as well as this one, then you wouldn't need customer service. However, I have yet to speak to someone from ajump.com personally and extremely hope that experience would be just as smooth.

I will be doing business with them again and highly recommend them. It beats the hell out of purchasing from online stores or auctions where often your goods are untrackable and you are left with nervousness until you actually get your item. My credit card company rejected the charge as suspicious but when I set things straight later that day, they said that ajump should have no problems. It turns out that the charge was rejected & since I left town that day on business, I didn't have a chance to check my personal email for several days. When I returned, I had to call long distance to talk to a customer service rep. I had the same problem with my order that day to newegg but newegg ran my card again without me needing to update them. My shippment from ajump is supposed to arrive on 11/20. Hopefully it will actually get here. The prices were good, especially on the case but I doubt that I will buy from them again."
