"Ordered a barebones system from them last week. Got it very quick...even though UPS sat on it in Chicago for a day (not AJUMP's fault). Hooked everything up and had a slight problem with one of the CD drives. I called Customer Support and the guy on the other end was very friendly, even after I told him that neither of the CD drives was bought with the system! Finally traced the problem to a bad cable, one that I took out of my old system and thought I could reuse (again, not AJUMP's fault). "I ordered two SATA to IDE converters for my new system I'm building and Ajump had the lowest price shipped out of all the companies that carried the exact product I wanted. The converters I wanted were made by Highpoint who makes a lot of IDE and IDE Raid products so I chose them. Ground shipping was free by the way. Recently I just experienced their RMA process on two separate occasions.
Once to RMA some Kingston ValueRAM and the other to RMA an Asus motherboard (in an attempt to isolate the instability).
I was able to do a Will Call RMA without any problems, though I was charged in advance for the motherboard RMA until they process it as being returned.
