I'm not as young as I once was and was a bit apprehensive about the project. He provided several documents on how it could all be accomplished. For a small fee he helped me understand the process and helped me work through a couple stumbles. I'm really grateful to him for helping me get my 11 year old DSC system back in shape with wireless keys, a new transformer and new smoke alarms. I now own and control the system instead of the company that screwed it to the wall. That's important to me. "
